Essential Duties: - Assign and oversee work of section and contracted crews while ensuring safety compliance. - Assist in budget preparation and planning for the section. - Coordinate emergency responses to inclement weather, accidents, and hazardous spills. - Handle public complaints and inspect maintenance contract work. - Maintain records of materials, supplies, and personnel. - Schedule necessary equipment, material, and personnel for section projects. - Oversee section operations in the absence of the supervisor.
