This position is responsible for developing and delivering K-12 program content and materials, both virtually and in person. Key responsibilities include facilitating programs for K-12 students and teachers, coordinating outreach events for learners of all ages, and ensuring that program results are documented and shared. The individual will assist with the development and delivery of Educator Professional Development programs and conduct educational outreach activities within the local community. The role involves providing customer service and educational information to visitors at the Observatory, assisting with special projects, and maintaining telescope equipment and exhibits in the Visitors Center. The position requires effective teamwork and collaboration with staff members.
