The Inspector III role is located in Dallas and surrounding counties, under the supervision of the Meat Safety Assurance (MSA) Circuit Manager. This position performs complex inspections and quality assurance reviews at establishments licensed for livestock slaughter and meat/poultry processing to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws. Responsibilities include evaluating establishment procedures, conducting inspections, and preparing reports. The role may require travel and involves active participation in disaster response initiatives.
