The Environmental Compliance Specialist position involves performing highly complex environmental tasks, including researching environmental regulations and managing Clean Air Act permits. Responsibilities include conducting Condition of Property Assessments, Environmental Baseline Surveys, and Phase I and II Environmental Assessments. The role requires the ability to work independently while maintaining environmental compliance under limited supervision. This position supports the Texas Military Department's mission, contributing to the welfare of Texas National Guard members. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day.
